Capital of Culture Officers
The 53 local authorities in the Ruhr Metropolis have nominated officers to be responsible for "Essen for the Ruhr". In respect of all activities to do with the cultural capital, they will act as contact persons for RUHR.2010 GmbH and also for the citizens and organisations in the individual districts, towns and cities.
