After the change in the state government of Northrhine-Westfalia in the sommer of 2010, new members of the Board of Directors are Ute Schäfer, Minister for Family, Children, Youth, Culture and Sport, and Professor Klaus Schäfer, State Secretary of the Ministry for Family, Children, Youth, Culture and Sport.
State Secretary Professor Klaus Schäfer is chairman of the working committee.
