The project "Ruhrlights: Twilight Zone" is a project of the European Capital of Culture RUHR.2010 (Artistic Director City of Possibilities: Karl-Heinz Petzinka) in collaboration with the Ruhr municipalities Bochum, Duisburg, Essen, Hagen/Dortmund, Hattingen, Mülheim/Ruhr and Witten, the Ennepe-Ruhr district, and under the sponsorship of the "Stiftung der Sparkasse Bochum zur Förderung von Kultur und Wissenschaft".
